We’re super excited to offer a few Winter School Holiday Sessions and our Gravity Academy coaching day for all keen riders this July! Whether you're looking to boost your trail skills, gain confidence on the bike, or dive deeper into racing, we've got something for you.

🏕 GG Academy MTB Skills Day

📍 Location: DHaRCO HQ (283 Mona Vale Rd, Terrey Hills)
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
💰 Cost: $50 per rider
🎯 Ages: 12–17 recommended (all welcome – contact us for exemptions)  The minimum requirement is being able to RIDE UP AND DOWN a few times at least the easiest trail at the J.J Melbourne hills reserve
📝 Dates:

• Session 1: Monday, 7 July 2025

Session Goals:

• Develop MTB fundamentals and trail techniques

• Build rider confidence across varied terrain (Pump, BMX, Slalom, Trails)

• Learn through play, challenge, and exploration

• Foster a fun and supportive riding environment

✅ Session Breakdown:

9:00 AM – Arrival, Meet & Greet, Warm-Up

• Gear check, dynamic skills games, Pump Track intro

9:30 AM – Skills Block 1: Fundamentals & Flow

• Body position, bike balance, braking, cornering on Dual Slalom

10:15 AM – Skills Block 2: Line Choice & Trail Tactics

• Trail exploration, climbing/descending strategies, challenge lines

10:45 AM – Break (BYO Snack) & Q&A with Coach Dan

11:00 AM – Skills Block 3: Pump, Jump & Slalom

• Pumping for flow, intro to jumping, Dual Slalom fun

11:50 AM – Session Debrief + Group Recap
🎥 BBQ and MTB Movie Screening – “Seasons” by The Collective
1:00 PM – Finish & Pick-Up

Please Note:
