GARIGAL GORILLAS GRAVITY ACADEMY 
Join us for the Garigal Gorillas Gravity Academy — a fun, skills-focused MTB session designed to help young riders develop confidence, technique, and racing knowledge.

What to Expect
Led by experienced MTB coaches, this session will include:
* Group instruction and personalised feedback
* Skill-building drills and trail application
* Racing strategies, safety, and theory
* A supportive and fun environment to progress

Who Can Join
This session is designed for riders aged 12 to 17 who have some MTB experience. Riders should be comfortable rolling down a Blue track at least.If you're outside this age range, get in touch — we’re happy to discuss possible exceptions.

Equipment Required
* MTB in good working order (Enduro or trail bike preferred)
* Full-face helmet (mandatory)
* Gloves, knee pads, and other protective gear
* Water bottle or hydration pack
* AusCycling and Garigal Gorillas membership (required for insurance) https://garigalgorillas.com.au/pages/faq

Schedule
9:00 AM – Meet at Narabeen Deep Creek Reserve Carpark- Next to the Garigal Gorilla trailer
* Rider check-in and bike inspection
* Coaches available to assist with bike setup and gear check
* Ensure riders are in time and ready to ride with all required equipment and water

9:30 AM – Group Rides Begin.We’ll ride to the Narra trails via the underpass for a series of skill-building activities.Those interested in racing will join a focused session covering safe practice, line choice, and race-day preparation.

12:30 – 1:00 PM – BBQ and Pick-Up:
Narabeen Deep Creek Reserve Carpark- Next to the Garigal Gorilla trailer

BBQ and snacks included in the price. Please contact us if you have any dietary requirements.
